Finding a Christian Executive Coach can be difficult. There are so many questions that come with inviting a coach into your life and business. How do I know if the coach is right for me? What if a coach steers me wrong? How much does coaching cost?

No one knows better than you what things you value most. Before you employ a counselor to help you lead, you should take some time to evaluate the goals you want to achieve. The job of a coach is to lead you in the direction of success and aid you in strengthening your weak areas. It is not a function of this individual to impose his or her beliefs on you.

When you initially meet with the counselor, you should expect to do most of the talking. The coach's job is to understand your goals and come to some conclusions about how to best help you reach them. This person should have a clear picture of your business objectives as well.

These are probably not goals that will be achieved overnight. You should expect it to take time and work over the course of several months before you start to see positive results. The cost associated with the program is something you will have to commit to in the beginning if you expect a successful outcome.

Christian Executive Coaching can take you to your next level. But, you need to look at it like a marriage.

It may not always be easy, but in the end you should see positive results and feel it was worth the effort.
