Laws dictate our life on planet earth. A set of rules and guidelines for homeowners associations exist. They include housing pattern policies and other regulations. The chairman of the committee together with all stakeholders work hand in hand to ensure that these laws are followed. There are other prohibitive policies which dictate the form of development. The objectives of the laws are sustainability and conservation.

This is contrary to what the constitution states. Every individual has a right to express themselves. Such policies ought to be abolished.

In conclusion, homeowners associations are focused in creating sustainable living standards for all. Their formation was to help solve the problem of irregular housing patterns and misrepresentation of home owners. They contribute to national development by paying taxes. We therefore solely depend on them to manage our real estate issues.
