Stress comes in many forms and can have a lasting effect on your body and your life in general. Make time a couple times a day to check up on things at home and the rest of the time, keep to yourself.

Agreeing to time away with a planned schedule can make you feel like you are back home. Try enjoying a destination without being told where to go and what time to be there. This leaves more room for exploration. If you would rather not plan by yourself, a ship cruise is a wonderful idea because everything is done for you and all you pretty much have to do is show up.

Prioritizing your mental and physical well-being should be number one on the list for a new and fresh start.
