"The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt." Sylvia Plath

When we begin to question our ability to achieve our dreams we start to lose what is actually possible for us. We let fear and doubt crawl into our lives and in the worst case, completely paralyze us from taking any more action.

If we go further with this analogy, it's this same fear and doubt that will eventually be our complete downfall when we enter into the playing field with significant amounts of competition and against people who are more cutthroat.

Dreams are going to take everything you've got. Dreams are going to demand your attention, your care, your time, your patience and everything else in the book. They are going to need you to be on top of your game every single day and take no days off. When you decide to slack on your dreams, you really have no idea how long you've set yourself back.

When you listen to someone talking of a dream, there's this sense you get from them that they know something is going to happen despite great amounts of uncertainty surrounding the entire thing. There's a built-in sense of belief that roots itself so deep in that person that they know they can't be beaten. That's true and real faith.

Unfortunately when you hear someone talking about their dreams who doesn't really believe that it's 100% possible for them to achieve them, you know deep down that they won't. It's not that you don't want to see them succeed but it's that you understand completely that the primary thing that causes dreams to grow is the water of belief.

So pour yourself into what you love and let doubt disappear from your mind. Others may say it's not practicable, but the impossible has been achieved many many times all throughout human history.

Go for it. Give it a shot.
