Delray offers incredible attractions to tourists and locals that combine natural, historical and lifestyle features. Delray Beach Florida is famous for its public beaches. This area spreads over 2 miles of white sands and clear waters. The area is accessible through Florida State Road A1A.

The Inchulva Steam Ship which sunk in shallow waters in 1903 is a notable historical attraction. It has acquired environmental significance by becoming a habitat to native fish and corals. It is located near the shores and in shallow water thus presenting an incredible scene for history and ecology classes.

Art galleries, night clubs, restaurants and retail stores are the other attractions. Delray Beach Police Department patrols the city on full-time basis. This is acts as a deterrence to criminals which allows tourists to enjoy the day and night life. There is a rich tourist culture that makes the area attractive.

The landmark hotel dates back to 1926 with an architectural stature deserving of its landmark status. The location of the church at the edge of downtown area makes it a conspicuous feature.

Delray Beach Tennis Center has raised the profile of this town to a considerable level. It has a sitting capacity of 8,200 spectators and holds an international series every year. The name of the town changes for the entire week to Tennis Beach to honor the event.

Transport to the area is convenient with the options of using the highways, bus, rail, shuttle and water. The shuttle bus service operates 24/7 and makes 22 stops around the town. Yacht cruises have been launched to the area as well. The highways serve the area from different locations, making it convenient to land through a variety of means.The journey is as adventurous as your stay in this city.
